Shiv Pratisthan, Yavatmal especially design to provide technical and entrepreneurial skills to rural youth to enable them to be absorbed them in various sectors which are abundantly available in India. The programme envisaged training of selected youths within training centers. Under this programme we commit job guarantee for trained and skilled candidate in India. Keeping in view large scale incidence of unemployment among the rural youth particularly in the educated segment and the lack of focus on skill development, under this activity we had considered necessity to formulate suitable strategy to take up skill development as a main focus of this programme.

Mission
Alleviating rural poverty by promoting the people of rural India, sustainable integrated development through partnership and total village management that makes a real difference in their life, creating ownership and igniting initiative and innovation.
Objective
Provide Technical and Social support for utilizing the natural resources like Land,Water, Forest, Animals & Agriculture (Crop management, Horticulture, Cottage Industries). Infrastructure development such as Community Irrigation Well, Community Drinking Water Well, Hand pump, Lift Irrigation, Housing, Community Hall etc. Providing microfinance, training and entrepreneurship development to Rural Communities. Development of human resources by establishing Schools,
Technical & vocational institutions. Providing all organizational support for scientific development of rural villages & entering them into the enlightened world. To organize women & down trodden tribal for constructive development. To develop a link between Government and rural population by popularizing the programme and action of the Government among them.
Approach
Organizing rural community into village level organizations Need Identification and analyze, plan development activities through their participation. Formulating and implementing natural resource management program. Acting as a Facilitator and developing linkage between GO-NGO – Villagers. Community Mobilization and common meetings to convert problems into opportunities Capacity building
of natural social workers and village level institutions through various training program, exposure trips and information dissemination.
Services
TRAINING AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT
The basic objective of the training programme would be to equip rural youths
with marketable skills to enhance their capacity to secure job placement in the
organized sector or set up micro-enterprises for self-employment with adequate income generation. This skill development programme would be an integral part of their job recruitment and training may be provided on the basis of market demand and potential market opportunities. This training programme is designed to cover both skill development and enterprise development. Selected youths will provide necessary technical and entrepreneurial skills training. After training and skill examination placement will be offered to them in India by Shiv Pratisthan, Yavatmal.
PLACEMENT
Ensure placement of the labor force with suitable wage structure and
employment. Continuous follow up with employer. We stay in touch with the
aspirants for at least three months after they started working. We develop one on one relationship with the alumni, so that they can come to him/her for guidance and also inform of any job changes and future opportunities at work place.

Trained 15375 BPL Beneficiaries of Maharashtra State (age group 18-35) in
various 22 trades & placed 11821 in various companies in Domestic &
Abroad also since 2008 to 2011.
